I am a developer of the Cosmic Lyman-alpha Transfer (COLT) code is a Monte Carlo radiative transfer (MCRT) solver. COLT was originally written by Aaron Smith to simulate the production and escape of Lyα from hydrodynamical simulations, but it has expanded significantly since then. I have implemented various features, including nebular continuum emission, a level population solver to calculate metal line emission, and a thermal equilibrium solver to calculate the temperature of cells in post-processing.
